What clients say

"Thora was amazing to work with during my transition to Sonoma County! I stumbled upon her and initially she kindly offered her experience rather than her professional services. Before I selected Thora as my realtor we spoke on multiple occasions. It was obvious that she had a passion for real estate and a wealth of personal experience within Sonoma County. At every step in the process her focus was genuinely on my interests rather than closing a sale. At no time did I feel pressured. As a new resident to Sonoma County, Thora helped me establish realistic expectations of properties and pricing. Most importantly in a highly competitive market, Thora was extremely efficient with my time and resources. Consistently, she promptly returned my calls and emails and she was eager to show properties. Thank you Thora!"

"I really appreciated how Thora Collard walked me through the process of selling my condo. Thora explained what needed work to get me a return on my investment, and what improvements would have just been wasted money. At the end when the price was being negotiated, Thora did her best to get me the most for my condo. I would have been lost without Thora, and I can't recommend her enough! Thank you for all your help, Thora!!"
